| After a number of requests from people for "ambient" sound effects, I dove into the awesomely atmospheric Planescape Torment and created 3 packs of WAV files for your D2 modding pleasure (just don't forget as always to credit the original game or games with a polite mention of us tacked on for good measure =P). | Sorry animation fans but this week is sound pack week with 10 very nice NPC voice packs from BG2 and with the exception of the small Gorion zip, all of these are around 20Mb in size with about a 100 WAV files each =) Just to give every a clue figuring out the new ones, here they are: Cernd, Gorion, Haerdalis, Imoen, Jaheira, Jan Jansen, Keldorn, Korgan, Mazzy and Yoshimo.

| While we never thought the mod would become huge, it's certainly attracted considerably more attention

| Well I figured it's now after midnight according to GMT which seems to be the universal standard so I
just went ahead and made the update =) I've redone the place a little using PHP to make my life easier via templates and
stuff and as you can see, the layout has been tweaked a little bit also.
So you're probably thinking "okay the site works, but what can I use for my own mod?". Well the content has had a decent
sized boost with around 90 previously unreleased animations, new tokens for EVERY animation, new MP3s from the IWD1&2
soundtracks, 80 new map rips from BG1, IWD2 and PST not to mention a whole new sound pack section with over 250 zips of
sound effects, speechs and monster noises from all five games! Want to know specifics? Go check it out for yourself!

| Well apparently some innovative soul decided it'd be amusing to hack our news script which by some
weird twist of events actually inspired me to get off my lazy butt and post something =)
This Thursday which is December 23rd not only marks two days until Christmas but also Infinitum's first birthday! Now the
plan is to unveil a bunch of new content and a slight site redesign but depending on how lazy I am or how much last minute
content I/we try to cram in it could end up being a Christmas update or maybe even New Year =P Anyway, I'd just like to
say special thanks to I_only_pressed_Esc and Haujobb who've really dug in and helped churn out new animation tokens for
your modding pleasure, not to mention Hades and reiyo_oki for additional contributions and input too! Cheers guys!!!
